The author has tried her best to help not only moms but also every other person out there who is wondering to stay healthy and fit, somewhere their busy schedule does not allow them to give much time to the kitchen counter.

Book cover designed by the author betokens simplicity at its best. The cover itself confirmed the authenticity of healthiness, sophistically placed images of fresh fruits, and veggies with white and black background carved out the place among the bestsellers of the book.
Book has innumerable hit points for me, starting with the recipes, the book has served both categories salty and sweet lovers. Secondly, the author fairly managed to bring the traditional recipes/ ingredients (Besan, Dalia, Rawa, etc.) and trendy recipes/ingredients (Quinoa, Oats) under one umbrella instead of stick with only the traditional veg recipes. Thirdly, Chapter 20, and Chapter 21 have captivated my mind the most where the author has mentioned very handy tips regarding meal prep and healthy eating, unlike other chapters. As a mother/homemaker/reader/cooking lover I was elated to find these surprise packages amidst scrumptious recipes. Fourth, Chapter 24 Xclusive Round-Up is the icing on the cake for readers, extra points for this innovative idea of the author who generously thought of etching all the significant knowledge in her book related to eating/cooking habits, by interviewing some health experts about their disciplined life.
I can not stop myself mentioning Leftover Laziz Parantha, Idli With A Healthy Twist, Energy Buddha Bowl are some of my personal favorites among all the recipes.
Genuinely I could not find anything missing, all the recipes and images are well elaborated. The author clearly conveyed that the book is all about Vegetarian recipes so I can not even say that I miss Non-Veg Recipes, everything has perfectly fallen to their places in this book. My rating for this book is 4.5/5.
I will categorize this book under “MUST READ Book” category. This is the best thing any husband can gift to her wife or vice versa, a mother can gift this book to her child when he/she is all set to move out for higher studies away from home or on career making path, I can assure you, your loved ones health will remain absolutely on track. While reading this book I felt that I must ask for the hard copy of this book to the author as this is something that you can keep yourself for whole life.
